  • Okay.. So I am going to be honest, I am in a rush to get to the gym and sharpen my saw, but I did watch the first 5 min and already have more ideas than I do solutions yet!! I know when I set up Ink Industries Studio's (a Tattoo Shop) website I came up with the idea of every time a customer came into the store and got a tattoo, that immediately after they got onto the laptop in the shop and posted their experience on the website and on the Facebook. A couple key reasons was 1. The customer was right there and had no excuse not to leave a comment (almost 100% of customers left a comment). 2. Whenever you ask a customer right after receiving a service how their experience was they almost always loved the experience. On top of this we gave them a 10% discount if they left a review right there in the store. Great video, I need to start focusing on getting this done for Alan Vines Automotive.
