I know its important to always start with the end in mind. Being creative and use the 10 steps to exceed expectations. Know how to Identify the wants and needs of the lead.

There is always a process involved in meeting our goals, and the process is increadibly important. When we begin with the end in mind we are able to remain focussed and in control of our customer interactions. By using the ten step phone process we are able to Identify the customers wants and needs, meet their expectations, and exceed them. This sells the appointment! An interaction with no control has no predictable outcome.
