TERRIFIC JOB!!! This video was EXTREMELY helpful it showed many ways on how to differentiate yourself from all of the other competition. Showed examples and gave great ideas on how to catch customers attention that would make them want to give YOU  a call you back to be the dealership where they will be purchasing their next car from!

The most important thing to remember is that the ONLY WAY to sell the appointment is to prove that you are different from the other dealerships.  There ARE other dealerships trying to win the prospect. Because only 11% of attempts result in contact, the majority of your time will be spent leaving messages. YOU MUST REMEMBER: You are NOT the only person leaving voicemail after voicemail, attempting to make contact. How annoyed would you be listening to the same dry, boring voicemail from a stranger every day? You wouldn’t be! You’d skip it and move on. This is the part of the process that you have to be amazing at. This is your chance to dazzle the prospect, to prove that you are different.  This is where you must excel.
