Angela is a brave coordinator. New and still willing to role play
with me with no script in front of her. She did rather well in the
process, only missing one step, “Transition Validate”.
Angela just wants to infuse extreme confidents in her rebuttals…once
she does this, she is going to be a coordinator with whom people find
it difficult not to set an appointment.
We also discussed increasing her product knowledge as well.
