But...
December leads = 626 leads / closed = 52 - 574... 300 REAL leads that carry over to January 1.
Jan 1 you start with 300 leads PLUS... 626 leads in January... for a total of 926 working leads - 50 (876) "Residual flow Factor"
January.... for your solds...
Date the lead came in on.... date the leads closed and.... the WINDOW period
January 3rd... closed on January 7th... a 4 day window period.
THE AVERAGE SELLING CYCLE!!
Most dealerships are 7-11 days.... BUT, the average buying cycle is 45-90 days!!
