Great training today. We talked about tracking everything
manually...keeping good records outside of your CRM.
We also decided that "everything is in the NOTES!"
You should even track "why" someone didn't set an appointment with
you. Keeping track of these things will help us to eliminate (or at
least minimize) their occurrence in the future.
Don't forget that graph paper idea...that has the potential to be
really strong.
