  •    Jessica, so yesterday we discussed Credit, distance and competition.
    Competition drives the entire department to do better.  The key is to attack it from a positive/excited standpoint..."compete don't compare." Focusing on three minute book goals can also infuse proper competition , who can achieve first/next.
    The key to credit customers is to:"Deliver with HEART".  We had an extensive discussion about that...Trust me, I specialize in this and it WORKS!
    Distance customers however have more of a platform, it is out job, to have a stronger one.  Online reviews will help you with leverage.  This is just a basic overview of our conversation.
