I send this in our confirmation email the day before the appointment is set for :)
I would like to also get into the habit of handing it to the salespeople, or maybe even the customer, when they come in for their appointment.
This goes out the day of the appointment? Or same day the appointment is set? and does it go out by itself or do you also include a message.
