Excellent video, Terry! You've sold me and I'm going to try it as well. I've been reading a newer book by Verde (e-book is free or paperback with $3 shipping) http://store.joeverde.com/Product_Goal-Setting-For-Salespeople.aspx and it's about tracking and setting goals as well. The two go hand in hand looks like to me.
