This gives a great picture of how important our Internet department can and should be to our dealership. I see that Jason is doing a lot of the same things that are talked about in here, and that's helping us track how we're doing. Also, we have an owner that's doing more of the things to build employee loyalty, and it's easy to see how much that's going to do increase productivity here at WAG.
