Create a Customer Testimonial Video and include it in your email signature. It's a cool idea that may take some time to put together, but once you do, the response can pay some major dividends in terms of customer Rapport.

Thanks Sean! @Joe, the first and last testimonials were Google voice messages where the customers were coached to call and leave messages and the middle one was a flip cam audio recorded from the office speakerphone.
