For the past week I have been in training with the Dealer Synergy crew. Sean V. Bradley blew us all away and there is no difference when it comes to the people he has working for him. His long time friend and colleague, Anthony Alagona is here teaching us all the processes and techniques for making outstanding phone calls to prospective customers. When one of us seems to be having a hiccup in our attempt to 'seal the deal' for the appointment, he politely interrupts the process without hesitation and confirms that appointment. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Is it magic? No. It's dedication.
"YOUR PRESENCE IS YOUR POWER!"
That statement is definitely true when talking to customers on the phone, but even more so how it relates to Anthony. His presence is powerful and memorable beyond measure, Just as much as Sean's. We are all so grateful to have had this opportunity not only to be taught how to be successful but to be inspired in all aspects of our lives.
The reason why I titled this blog "Anthony Alagona, My Brother from Another Mother" was because I figured out that our home towns are just minutes from each other. What a small world! It gives me comfort knowing that someone who came from a similar background as me could be so successful and continue to strive for what he believes in. What I can take from this experience is that I know now that everything is achievable. It might sound cheesy or cliché but I truly believe it.
Thank you, Dealer Synergy. I will never drink anything other than the 'Kool-Aid'! If you all don't know what I'm talking about, figure it out and drink up.
