So the day after dealersynergy and their team left us here in roswell and we was left on our own i was working the phones along side my director and lets just say we killed it. We both got the chance to work the scripts and rebuttals that was left with us. Both myself and my director set the appointments. One appointment came in on saturday and I as the ISM sold them TWO cars off of one appointment and set future appointments for the other calls we had. My point is that this training was finally used and it freaking works like a charm. I seriously can not thank dealersynergy's Anthony Alagona & Sean V. Bradley for the time they took out to train myself and my team. If i have already done this much i cant wait to see what the future has for me.
