  • Great stuff JP!! I plan to be here with you on the ride to the top here at Bill Dube Hyundai. Thanks for all you've taught me so far. I'm going to keep picking your brain whether you like it or not. I'm all about the teamwork, the culture, and the morale!!
  • Great advice. Culture and environment is always first. Process will never work without those things first. Process becomes more about the process than the customer. A road to the sale digitally or conventionally is a hindrance if it does not combine TLC - Thinking Like A Customer. Also, your advice on leadership is spot on. The industry has bogged done in managing deals and people rather than leading people with all the components that makes deals become easy. Without the culture, environment and leadership you have the turnover problems that still plague the industry. Ver good and straight forward advice. Good job.

  • Great thoughts and advice, from one JP to another JP, thanks practicing the process and the art of the sales procedure is one area I need to work on.
