You could have the most talented team on paper, but how can you know they're the right fit? Many businesses struggle with this issue when hiring new team members and promoting current employees.

    I've seen so many talented athletes that failed because of commitment. The committed ones always prevail.

    I may not be "talented" yet....but after just the first two days of synergy Sean's got me COMMITTED!!!!!!!!! and I'm positive by the end of this training ill have some talent to continue developing.
    Great motivation to encourage drive and commitment even if the talent is not all the way there yet!
    If you have the right degree of commitment you can develop the talent!
