Just wanted to share an idea with everyone. We have found it challenging to keep our internet coordinators on pace with the number of total calls required each day.
After reviewing where we were for the month with Sean Bradley, I decided we needed to emphasize this area more and make sure it is no longer a topic for improvement each month.
The action I took as a result of this conclusion was to post it on our white board in the BDC. It is now clearly displayed and updated each day showing #total calls needed for the month, # of calls made and # of calls remaining for the month.
With this "top of the mind awareness", we are on pace as of today, for 129 calls per coordinator each working day of the month.
