Question for my fellow car sales peeps

I have a question for my fellow car sales people... I have an awesome script from Dealer Synergy that works! BUT I have people that I call every day for a month.. What types of voicemails should I leave so that I don't keep leaving that same one and sound like a robot?? anyone have ideas? :)

  • Your voice mails should grasp attention right from the first second, give a call to action and set the expectation for the next call if they don't return that voicemail.  You need to be creative, tell a joke, use youtube as a soundboard..  BE CREATIVE and stay in the lines as far as legal, ethical, moral.  The key is if there are 5-7 other dealerships calling them sounding like droids you want be the odd ball in the group, and remember sales is about the transference of energy, so transfer the most amazing, positive, exciting, enthusiastic voice mail.  Also if your making 120 calls a day you will probably leaving 100 or more voicemails a day so get good at it and BE CREATIVE!
