Just finished our training with Anthony. He is great! I definitely learned a lot. I am very new at this position and I wasnt sure what to expect. I wasn't very confident with the script before the past few days, but I definitely feel comfortable with it now. Today was the first time I actually got through all 10 steps and booked the appointment with the customer. We worked on the script and rebuttals so much they are pretty much drilled in my head. I've learned that I need to keep a positive attitude, stay motivated, and have confidence when I am on the phone. I would definitely recommend Anthony's training to any dealership!!
