    Haha Yeah, I get mystery shopped more than I actually get phone calls!  Dealer Synergy knows my direct extension by heart.  I'm starting to think they just call me from time to time to see what random things i'll say.  You guys better look out. I'm going to mystery shop some of you myself, just to see how you react on your feet!!!!!
