    Notes from you Training Session:

    Mindy has an excellent heart for the phones…she genuinely cares for
    the well being of her customers.  What Mindy wants to realize, is that
    she’s a professional…and that she can handle a customer’s objections
    just as well as the next person…sometimes better because she’s being
    trained to do so.
    Mindy and I went over the script and talked about how agile she needs
    to be with it in order to get the customers to buy her…then the
    dealership, and ultimately the appointment.
