Really like the total honesty they seem to have with their customers. That's a great way to do business. In addition, they believe in the process they have adopted (Dealer Synergy), and believe it's important to stick with it. It's great for them to realize that the personality of the sales person/BDC agent is VIP - Happy People, or people with a great attitude are going to be successful! Nice to hear the tip that all the leaders within an organization need to "buy in" and be able to make phone calls and know the process. Good stuff!
