This is a great tool that can be used for so many different scenarios on "lost" or "bad" leads. By sending a personalized video from the Internet Director or the Sales Manager it gives the prospect a new perspective of the dealership and the online car shopping process as a whole. Can't wait to see if we will get some return from it!
This is a great concept. Even if the GM or DP does not make the video, a personalized video from the coordinator could help as well.
