    I like the idea that you have to keep qualifying for the pro-pay plan. I keeps us on our feet, and makes sure that we maintain a level of commitment and excellence in this job. It's easy to qualify and then slack off, I'd rather have that motivation, and nothing is more motivating that MONEY.

    I watched this Monday and Tuesday morning because it really is motivating!  It is great for the employer so they can have quality in their department, but it is also great for the employee's to know their hard work will pay off for them.  Thank you Sean!
