    Great video Sean, IMO dealers get into the ocean with their scuba gear on, quickly panic, and then get out of the water....I'm sure you've ran into many that have made the comment, "oh, we've already tried that!"  Trying something isn't the same as full committing to it, and understanding from the very beginning that its going to be a marathon, not a sprint.  Is what dealers need to change their mindset to.  There's already dealers that have been deep sea fishing and diving, and dealers don't get that you can't penetrate that space without it taking the one thing dealers don't have..patience for the process.
