Can you think of what marketing opportunity has low competition, high ROI, a lot of traffic, and will build customer loyalty? Many dealers are ignoring this aspect of their marketing strategy, and you need to start paying attention to this opportunity.

great video! how do I get linked into the series & other info?
Very well said paul. Great video.
People don't by products, they buy experiences...
tks
Gentlemen, I find it interesting how we read in to what people say. It is a big danger in our industry. I never said I was sending our customers to any website. All I simply stated, is that you can find factory warranty information by typing that car into Google search and Edmunds post factory warranty information. Paul stated that it seemed to be difficult finding that information and quite frankly it's not and we reference that information quite often at our dealership when we are converting service leads off of our 4 for $49 oil change program. Thanks for the insight.
@ John Anderson if you are a dealer why would you send buyer to another site?
John, Thank you for commenting. If one has to go to Edmunds to find warranty info then I would say this is an opportunity for dealers. That's like me wanting to purchase an iPhone and curious to the warranty but having to visit Consumer Reports to get the warranty.
Great Think Tank today Paul. It most definitely is a hidden jewel and having the right people is the key to pulling it off. By the way, you can find manufacturers warranty information by pulling up Edmunds warranty info.
