  • Very important information for all coordinators that don't think that he/she can make the required phone calls every day....

  • Couple of things Aaron... First, Congratulations for being in the BEST industry in the world :)

    Second, its not that you necessarily need to have 120 different phone numbers or unique people to call... Remember that you have 2 separate time frames to call. During work hours and AFTER work hours. Prime time to connect is between 6-8pm... So, try to call people TWICE in a day... during work hours and AFTER work hours.

    *** This video was mainly for Internet Sales coordinators or BDC Reps. Meaning people that do NOT do "sell cars", they sell the appointment. In that case, usually the dealer is able to generate or buy "leads" for them to call.

    If you are actually selling and the dealership has LOW VOLUME... then you need to PROSPECT!!!

  • Good stuff Sean, makes perfect sense but I am new to the business (4months) and I am at a low volume dealer with low traffic. How can I even find 120 numbers to call every day? I've only met about 30 potential customers so far and my social media contacts haven't been too successful yet.
