  • Thank you for sharing this video. This is a good reminder for what I need to be doing anf where my focus will be on a daily basis.

  • I teach a process and how to handle each situation that can occur in the process. Then I have a phone prompt vs. a script. Scripts do not often follow real world situations and box out a salesperson. You must also teach salespeople all additional sales skills that would be needed within a phone call just like can happen face to face. Good post.
