We here at RC Lacy in the beautiful Catskill NY had the pleasure of having Anthony (Rebuttal Rockstar) Alagona to come train us again. When he was here the 1st time it was awesome, we were a new internet group and everything was new and exciting and a bit intense. Second time around, he made it even more fun, he got us pumped up to learn the rebuttals, gave us new ideas and showed us how to make this job more fun and exciting, how to get clients to call us back and just make the whole process fun and not so tedious. On-Site Training with Anthony

Wrapping up Day 3 of On-Site training here at RC Lacy in Catskill, NY... From the start, Anthony had given us a ton of tips & tricks to give us a push in the right direction and keep us moving forward. The goal of this on-site training was to take our Internet Department to the next level by memorizing the Dealer Synergy rebuttals - a task which seemed impossible for just 3 days. However Anthony introduced us to different methods in order to help with the memorization of the 35 rebuttals, and after day one, we had 7 memorized. By day two, we had 13 memorized. By noon time today we have all mastered 20 rebuttals.

It was a great learning experience, and quite refreshing having Anthony back for a visit! Not only did he put us on the right track with the rebuttals, but he was also there to hop on the phone and field some phone calls...and set some appointments for us! Thank you again Anthony for another excellent and informative training session!

Training with Anthony Alagona

We are finishing up our Dealer Synergy training with Anthony Alagona, this is exactly what our department needed! We needed our spirits lifted and help getting ourselves back on track, and that's exactly what Anthony has done for us. He brings a great energy and awesome ideas that have already helped us with setting appointments. The Coordinators memorized 20 rebuttals in the first two days! Thanks again, Anthony, looking forward to seeing you next month at the IS20 Group!

Anthony Alagonas training session

This week, Anthony came to us at RC Lacy, for a three day, group training session.  I'm not going to lie, at first a was a little apprehensive.  I'm not huge in the whole group training, buddy buddy, kind of situations, but after getting to know Anthony, and getting into his training style and techniques, I have to say a really enjoyed myself.  I went from having no rebuttals memorized, to learning twenty in not even three days.  I can speak for my whole department too, when I say we generally enjoyed doing it too.  I would recommend him to any dealership and I can't wait for him to come back.

Training with Anthony Alagona

I feel like the past 3 days have been amazingly helpful. I have learned how to implement my rebuttals so much better and how to talk with confidence on the phone to our customers. Motivation is key, and Anthony definitely kept us motivated the past 3 days and I believe that we will stay motivated even after he leaves. I feel like we have all grown so much just these past 3 days and that we will continue to grow even more now. Anthony is an excellent trainer, and I learned so much from him. I look forward to future phone trainings with him and just continuing to grow in my career. Thank you Anthony for all your help these past 3 days! It's been wonderful!
